Aerial Fitness-Get fit the fun way!

Aerial silks class offers a stimulating way to exercise and keep fit. The focus is on the gradual development and safe progression of aerial skills in a supportive, friendly and fun environment for beginners and more experienced aerialists.  This is an all-inclusive, mixed class for both men and women, at any skill or fitness level.
This class includes a yoga-based warm up and focuses on core strengthening and awareness.  The class will also include flexibility training and conditioning.

No experience is required.

Kids Aerial Courses– Children from 8 years and above, learn acrobatic postures on a trapeze, vertical silks or rope. Aerial Aerobic exercise promotes strength, mobility and coordination. In a group, the children hav the chance to be creative together and choreograph their own small sequences on the acrobatic devices.

Performance & Movement Coaching– Move like a dancer. Learn simple techniques to help with smooth transitions, define movement qualities and enhance individual strengths.  Whether in the air or on the ground, enhance your peformance presence with one on one coaching.  These sessions incorporate tools from dance and theater to offer support in poetic composition, creative problem solving, and devising tricks for the individual artist, circus and dance companies.
